In order to be able to record and process your requests in the best possible way, our colleagues have a high level of technical and commercial skills. This is how we ensure comprehensive advice. The sales team follows up on orders and enquiries with a customer centricity mindset that is lived in everyday life. If desired, solutions optimally suited for the respective application are developed and realised together with our customers. Within the esw Group, the sales department is closely networked with other functional areas such as production or design in order to work together as a team to develop the optimum solution for you as a customer.

The esw Group’s dedicated shipping staff ensure that the right quantity is always loaded at the right time at the respective locations. As simple as this goal sounds, it requires artful coordination and mastery of the factors of warehousing, availability of transport and packaging materials, and coordination of the transport service providers on site.

The shipping department reliably ensures the loading of finished goods during the loading times from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 15:00. The aim here is to minimise waiting times and ensure the smooth and efficient handling of consignments, thus minimising unnecessary logistics costs for waiting times, for example.
