In the course of the development of the esw GROUP into a supplier of complete system solutions, stamping has been expanded into a further field of competence.
The progressive and rotary tools used are designed and built in-house. Here, we consistently rely on modular structures for fast set-up processes and interchangeability in the components. Mechanical presses with press forces of up to 800 t are used. We process hot and cold strips with sheet thicknesses of up to 6 mm and widths of up to 300 mm.
