If the component geometry cannot be produced economically or technologically by forming, rolling or machining, then welded components fulfil the highest requirements at the esw GROUP.
In addition to rolling and machining, we also supply welded components. Here, the components produced by solid and sheet metal forming are manufactured by means of resistance welding, friction welding or laser beam welding, depending on the customer’s requirements. The components are tested non-destructively or destructively according to DIN standards or on the basis of customer-specific requirements.
