Sorting and packaging

With our modern sorting systems we can guarantee optical and mechanical inspection with up to 120 parts / minute. With the help of our camera-based sorting and inspection system, we are able to inspect rotationally symmetrical and asymmetrical parts. To ensure the traceability of our parts, the parts are marked and labelled according to customer requirements. We sort and pack in one line in customer-specific boxes such as KLT or cardboard boxes.

All products meet the high requirements of the automotive industry and can be provided with a wide variety of surfaces, coatings and screw locks on request.
