To ensure the quality of our products, we have all the necessary measuring and testing procedures in house. These include optical and tactile 3D measuring machines, 3D measuring microscopes, 3D coordinate measuring machines (CMM) as well as contour and surface measuring devices. Hardness tests and metallographic analyses are used in the areas of incoming goods inspection, in-process production and final inspection. For the testing of our components during series production, we carry out static and dynamic torsion tests at different temperatures and energies in-house according to customer specifications. The testing of our rope assemblies during series production is carried out using appropriate tensile testing machines according to customer specifications.
