We are pleased to inform you that the rectification of the fault in our communication infrastructure was successfully completed yesterday.
After just one week, email communication was possible again.
Please note that we now send emails from the address space @esw-group.eu (new) and @esw-bohemia.cz (unchanged).
New emails can also be received at the known @esw-net.de addresses.
There is no access to old emails sent to @esw-net.de addresses.
Another 2 weeks later, internal telephony in Heiligenstadt was possible again.
Since yesterday, Tuesday 02.01.2024, calls to our direct extension numbers in Heiligenstadt have also been reaching us again as usual.
Telephony in Kosice was possible throughout.
